When good cupcakes go bad.... Think upside down!

Don't you just hate it when your cupcakes don't come out perfect? I mean really, how is it that you use the same measuring cup for each one yet some overflow or some don't rise as much as the others? I don't get it, but I hate to throw out a good the next time this happens to you just do what I do. Turn that cupcake upside down! Yep that's right. Peal the pretty little cupcake liner you were planning on using and flatten out a regular ol' white one. Or I suppose you could use one of your pretty liners too, that's up to you. At any rate, once you flatten out your cupcake liner of choice place your "not-so-perfect" cupcake upside down in the middle of it. Then frost the sides and the top, you may even want to put some frosting in a bag and pipe around the base of the upside down cupcake, and then decorate it. Pretty cute uh? Now that "not-so-perfect" cupcake has turned into a cute little personal size cake that people will think took you twice as long to make!
